Due date is Monday 23rd for Mondays and Wednesdays group and Tuesday 24th for Tuesdays and Thursdays group.

You have just returned from a trip to Florida. You flew there and back with “Ocean Air”. You decide to write to the airline to complain about your flight and ask for some money back.
Read the points below and write an email to the airline. You may add other relevant points of your own. Write your answer using approximately 150-180 words.
